Coming soon: 20th Annual Karen E. Wetterhahn Science Symposium

Wetterhahn Science Poster SymposiumThe 2011 Karen E. Wetterhahn Science Symposium is fast approaching; it will take place in and around Fairchild Tower on Thursday, May 19 and Friday, May 20.  The deadline for poster registration and title submission is THIS Friday, May 6.  Information for undergraduate students who are considering participation in the symposium (including registration information) is collected on the Women in Science Project (WISP) website at: http://www.dartmouth.edu/~wisp/wetterhahn/student-info.html

The Karen E. Wetterhahn Science Symposium is an annual event in which Dartmouth undergraduate students prepare and exhibit posters detailing the scientific research they have been involved in.  The symposium is named for the late Dartmouth Professor of Chemistry, Karen Wetterhahn, who was also the co-founder of the Women in Science Project (WISP).  This year, both the symposium and WISP are celebrating their 20th anniversaries, so it will be a special event.

I will blog about the details of the events as they draw closer, but wanted to point out the following information for students who may be interested in participating:
