Don’t miss the 21st annual Wetterhahn Science Symposium and undergraduate research poster session this Thursday!  This great event is an opportunity to take a quick flyover tour of the astonishing range of undergraduate research that is being done on campus, and to interact with student researchers as they present their work.

Highlights of Thursday’s event include an address by keynote speaker Dr. Mary Lou Guerinot, “Metals, Mutants and Mayhem”  (details below), followed by the undergraduate poster session and the announcement of awards by the Dartmouth Chapter of Sigma Xi, the Scientific Honor Society.   The award-winning research posters are framed and displayed in Kresge Physical Sciences Library during the coming year.

Co-sponsors include the Dean of Faculty Office of Undergraduate Research, Thayer School of Engineering, Sigma Xi—the Scientific Honor Society, and the Women in Science Project.
